The Marketplace is a platform that provides you, as Housing Developers, access to and directly appoint Real Estate Agents who are able to promote and sell the inventories of properties listed by you on such terms and conditions as stated by you in the Marketplace.

Nothing in this terms and conditions shall be construed in any away as creating any obligations, contractual or otherwise, on the part of MHub in the transactions and dealing undertaken by you through the Marketplace.

In consideration of you using and having access to the Marketplace, you represent, covenant and undertake as follows:-

You consent to all information and details of your transaction in the Marketplace to be shared with the real estate agency and such other parties as deemed fit by MHub.

You consent to MHub implementing a review process where your performance will be reviewed, ranked and published and you further agree that you will hold MHub and all parties harmless from all and any matter arising from the same.

In the event of any breach or if there is any complaint against you, MHub reserved the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, suspend and/or deny you access to the Marketplace and/or its services.
