MHub Taskforce Committees

Our internal Pulse Survey was a good introspective look at how we’re doing as a company. We are humbled and encouraged to score high in most areas. However, we also had to take an honest look and address internal challenges that comes with being a fast-growing dynamic team weathering a global pandemic.

There is always room for improvement.

We responded quickly by announcing a comprehensive Remote Work Policy. Secondly, we empowered 3 teams of volunteers to meet and action plans. After 2 weeks of hard work (above & beyond the usual hard work) the 3 taskforces presented their proposals. There was a sense of ownership that went into what was shared.

We’re looking forward to implementing these practical suggestions in due time.

MHub is not just a few people - it is the entire team, collectively Making It Work. Sometimes people ask, how did we achieve so much with so little? Simple - We are The People Powered Property Platform. TeaMHub powers MHub, and that’s the truth.

Challenges will come and go, but a team that stands united can overcome anything.
