Q2 TOWNHALL

We were looking forward to our physical TeaMHub Townhall. But when we saw Covid case numbers rising, we decided to prioritize the safety of the team and went fully online.

This is something not all companies are able to do, we recognise this. Despite being a team of 60, we remain agile and nimble in all we do.

Our alignment sessions can be broken down to 2 questions:

• How are we doing?
• How can we do better?

Repeat.

But it’s not all work and no play.

Early this year we launched Clubs: interest-based groups and not work-related. We realise the importance of human connection especially in these crazy times. It’s been working out pretty well so far!
