The TeaMHub Townhall happened awhile back and one of the big decisions we made was to implement a fully remote working policy for the rest of the year. We shared openly the results of our Team Pulse Survey (done anonymously) and responded with solutions that would make things work.

How do we keep sharpening our edge and maintain a high level of performance despite not being physically around each other? - The right team practicing a GREAT culture, that’s how.

Imagine our surprise upon hearing that there would be a new CMCO implemented! Somehow, we had the foresight to anticipate this possibility and prepare in advance. We understand that not all industries are as fortunate, for this we count ourselves truly blessed.

We are humbled to be working on solutions that will help address the property market’s needs, especially urgent pain points caused by the pandemic.
